Secretary (presented by @chima): We haven’t had any communication outside of what we’re gonna go over in EWOC.
Membership Coordinator: trying to get everybody on WhatsApp; @HipGnosis & @chima are going to try and contact everybody and have like a 1-on-1 in the future to collect people’s schedules and skill sets and see where they can use people and what they would like to do; had EWOC contact
Campaign Coordinator: more stuff to delegate before the first meeting with tenants
Treasurer: IRS Form 1024-A remains unfinished

International Conference for the Reconstitution of the 4th For the World Party of Socialist Revolution

The days were long.
It was basically 4 to 6 hours of speeches every day for three days.
Cell phones were taken for security measures.
Notes from the first day have been typed up and posted. Speeches from days two and three still need to be typed up + one speech from day one.
Overall, it was a lot of updates about labor actions and movements that have been going on internationally.
They passed a few resolutions about Palestine, about women, and activating youth.

EWOC

The first training session was on November 8, 2023.
They’ve had first contact.
There’s a subcategory on the forum that’s only for the EWOC Committee + anyone else who is interested in helping. So, if you’re interested in doing the EWOC work, just let @chima, @HipGnosis or @Lucas know and they will add you.
will work together with NCVDSA on creating SOP (standard operating procedure)
Training for EWOC Locals is on November 18, 2023 at 12pm.
NCVDSA will be screening Americonned in December.

@chima moved to approve. Seconded by @aleiva01. Motion carried 5-1, with the one NO vote coming from @anon26178869.

@chima moved to table. Seconded by @anon26178869. Motion carried 5-0-1, with the one abstention coming from @Joanna.

First TU Meeting

@HipGnosis and @Turcotte gave an update on where they’re at as far as a location for the first tenant union meeting.
Members discussed their availability for the first tenant union meeting.
@HipGnosis volunteered to pick up food.
@chima presented a spreadsheet from EWOC that could be modified as a database for the tenant union focus campaign.
@HipGnosis, @Turcotte & @Joanna volunteered and agreed that each of them will have a set of ten tenants for which they will serve as the main contact.
@anon26178869, @HipGnosis and @Turcotte said they’d be interested in learning about Action Network + Zapier + Fibery for the tenant union focus campaign.
@chima talked about things to accomplish by the meeting time.
@Turcotte posed the question: For general knowledge, are we gonna create like a knowledge base–something that maybe the tenant union and us can refer to?

@chima moved to make @Joanna & @anon26178869 the 2023 Nominations Committee. Seconded by @Joanna. Motion passed unanimously.

Additional Agenda Items
