At this meeting, we set an agenda for ourselves for the next two weeks:

Overall

  • Steering Committee Meetings: First Monday after the General Meeting will be at 6PM. The third Thursday of the month will be at 8PM.
  • We decided on Groundstack Coffee for the Coffee with WCU event (can change in the future)
  • There is a bylaws review meeting on Wednesday at 8PM
  • We talked about the Tenant Association and scheduling a day to go back out after hearing back from members
  • We need to ask people to vote on the side-quests

Goals for next two weeks

We should be working with membership to finish these items, but we talked about setting a list of goals for ourselves so everyone is on the same page and it’s easier to figure out what is stopping progress from happening.

Campaign Coordinator

  • Make a Tenant Union main page with resources + quotes from previous TAs
  • Finalize flyer for retaliation law
  • Finalize database

Education Coordinator

  • Plan out 1-3 months of reading lists for Socialism 101 series

Secretary

  • Catch up with all minutes
  • Conflict of interest forms for steering

Membership Coordinator

  • Go through folders and see what exists
  • General recruitment
  • Getting involvement back up

Tabling Materials

  • Tbale cover
  • Flyers and materials
  • Calendar of events
  • Tabling training

Going to add the following for myself

  • a SOP for writing SOPs :wink:
  • A guide for creating events inside solidarity.tech (all the different text that is needed)
  • A list of information I need to push an event update to the website
