Nominations Committee (15 mins)
Elect nominations committee at this meeting.
- If you’re nominated, we can make a thread for candidates to give a statement once they’re nominated. But the nominations will be finalized in January and we’ll vote at the same meeting.
- We can form the nominations committee and take nominations at the meeting but also let the nominations committee reach out to anyone not there for the rest of December.

Tenant Union (15 mins)
We are renewing the Focus Campaign in January. This will be an announcement for the renewal. We can spend like 15-20 minutes talking about what went well/not well the last four months.

- Tenant Union database update / more detailed mapping out of buildings and determining landlords
- Creating canvassing script
- Creating a flyer for Civil Code § 1942.5 - Protecting tenants from landlord retaliation
- Create standardized way to maintain and update tenant union information
