Create standardized way to maintain and update tenant union information
@SeanHun @ckposadas and I would like for us to have a standardized way of recording tenant information after we go out to canvas or get updates via text/email. This would be for information that goes into the threads in Tenant Union > Tenant Associations .
It seems like the easiest thing to do is still take notes on pen/paper in some sort of structured way, but we should also investigate using solidarity tech or other forms instead. The challenge is trying to balance everything going into a backend (form/database) where most Members will not see it, but it easier to input vs writing it out on the forum where it would be easier to read/catch up on the work being done at a building.
