Membership Pipeline (Standard of Procedure for Recruitment)
Motion to discuss the following proposal by @ckposadas about recruiting new members to Working Class Unity.
Proposal: Despite talking to a few people at WCU’s regular scheduled social events, WCU has failed to recruit most of them. @ckposadas believes this is due to a nonexistent follow up plan. Here are suggestions to ease the complexity of the process.
- Group (and tag) together list of potential new members and their contacts via Solidarity Tech
- Have a standard follow up text message
- Have a standard follow up response time
- Have a standard means of scheduling new member orientation if person responds to first follow up
