Old Business
- Update from meeting with The New Vanguard
- Elections Committee
- Announcing all the nominations
- Leave time for new nominations. All nominations have to be submitted by the end of this meeting.
- If a position is still vacant, then members will have the opportunity to nominate themselves.
- If no nominations are received for a particular elected position by the deadline, the nomination period will be extended by an additional two weeks. If no nominations are received or made during this extended period, the position will be declared vacant.
- Declaration of Candidates: The final list of candidates will be declared to the membership at least two weeks prior to the election General Meeting (GM).
- Steering can present the new final set of bylaws
- Post-Election Event (details in Side-Quest)
